| I met this old fellow sitting by the road in the remoter Brazilian outback while on an inspection trip of a large hydroelectric dam on a tributary to the Parana River that AID was financing. He was a German who had fled Germany after the war. Was he a Nazi or a Jew? I didn't ask. But his Brazilian was still heavily accented. |
